Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging or a durable mailer.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our team receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
